Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times within Canada:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location and carrier conditions.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.

Delays

PetMode Canada is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. PetMode Canada is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages
